Duties and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
- Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute donation and volunteer campaigns, including creating promotional materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking campaign performance.
- Qualtrics Management: Utilize Qualtrics for survey creation, distribution, and data analysis to gather insights and inform strategies for platform growth and efficiency.
- Data Reporting: Analyze survey data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for improving social media strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with the department's goals and objectives.
- Community Engagement: Foster and maintain relationships with Online communities, responding to inquiries and engaging with followers to build a strong Online presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency from an accredited educational institution
- Three (3) years of experience in digital media management, social media marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

General Information
- Full-time | Monday - Friday; 9am to 5pm. hours may vary based on business needs of the department and some weekend, evening hours or holidays may be required during special events.

- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Noise level in the work environment is usually average.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files of up to 50 lbs, open filling cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards.
