In this role, you will: - Represent Apple within a single partner store to drive sales and grow business. - Educate and encourage customers to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product services portfolio as well as current promotions. - Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups. - Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to brand standards are upheld throughout your store in partnership with the Community Specialist. This includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-1+ years of related experience.
- Passion for Apple technology.
- Curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire others and drive sales at a single point of sale.
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.
- Strong self motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions.
- Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
