Description
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, networking)
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Track activity and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
- Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships through cold outreach
- Experience selling in the facilities services industry is preferred—this includes janitorial services, one-time jobs or projects, maintenance, and engineering services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Marketing knowledge or experience is a plus
- Industry-specific experience not required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential
