Position Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking, retrieving, filing, and documenting contract execution.
- Maintains accurate files and spreadsheets.
- Searching for replacement voting centers.
- Making reservations of voting centers.
- Make and receive calls daily.
- Cross-train to assist in other areas within the Operations department.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, document scanners, and other office equipment.
- May have to lift up to 35 pounds for election related tasks.

Preferences
- Call center experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Harris County election processes a plus.

- Temp Full-time | Position End Date: 06/30/2026

Monday - Friday | 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
- Overtime hours as required during election cycles.
- Blackout periods align with each election cycle which management will provide.
- Periodic travel required.
