- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
- Organize and maintain legal files and case documentation
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and legal proceedings
- Liaise with counsel and ensure deadlines are met
- Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance processes
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for Board and executive
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Track tasks and priorities to ensure timely completion of key initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
- 5+ years of combined experience in legal support and executive administration
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
- This is a Hybrid position based in our Houston, TX office.
- Some travel required for Board meetings and ELT meetings.
