Our client, a global material solutions company, has engaged us to identify a Director of Legal for their Houston office. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of commercial contracts experience garnered in either an in-house or private practice setting. Experience with commercial agreements and contracts, governance issues, and/or litigation management is highly desired. This a fantastic opportunity to join a leanly staffed legal team and rise the ranks at an established company with operations around the world. Seeking a hands-on lawyer who is a problem solver and intellectually curious; understands the complexity of procurement, production, supply and demand, quality, and delivery deadlines; and is a strong communicator.
