Description
Primary Purpose:
Lead grant performance and accountability including data management and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited university
- Certificate or license in appropriate field preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Ability to interpret policy, procedures and data
Experience:
- A minimum of one year experience in administration
- A minimum of three years area specific experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- 1. Support the coordination of data collection and performance reporting for all TWC Adult Education grants.
- 2. Manage compliance with the AEL Testing Guide, AEL Performance Guide and applicable AEL and WD letters and other performance requirements.
- 3. Provide weekly reports to management team on selected program performance metrics.
- 4. Manage user access, permissions, and terminations to TEAMS system.
- 5. Ensure that all security requirements have been met before access to TEAMS is granted.
- 6. Work with program managers and other staff to develop data-based teacher performance evaluation models for program improvement.
- 7. Work closely with HCDE’s Research and Evaluation team on local program accountability including student satisfaction surveys for program improvement.
- 8. Provide support in the registration and placement of students in classes as needed.
- 9. Perform other duties as assigned.
