- Lead and mentor a high performing Wealth Planning team
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the firm’s wealth planning offering across all client segments, including traditional high net worth and ultra-high net worth (“family office”)
- Serve as a voting member of the firm’s Wealth Management Committee (“WMC”)
- Prepare presentation and support materials for WMC
- Participate in and prepare wealth planning material for monthly Advisor Team Meetings (“ATM”)
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) for wealth planning topics
- Work alongside Wealth Advisory team to deliver planning services and advice for clients and prospective, particularly advanced strategies
- Work closely with the LW Fellowship Program on all training and development programs and materials for all wealth planning matters
- Collaborate with Philanthropy Chair to develop charitable planning best practices and resources
- Coordinate with Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) and Wealth Advisor Leadership team to develop content and programming for Wealth Advisor offsite meetings (generally held 2x per year)
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
