Description
The Post Oak Hotel is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
- Support the Concierge and Guest Experience departments in leading, mentoring, and developing the colleagues
- Maintain detailed guest preference records to enhance recognition and personalization
- Ensure seamless coordination of transportation, dining, entertainment, security, special requests, and etc
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor service recovery opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of service and identify areas of improvement
- Performing additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope based on business needs

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Concierge, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, luxury or Forbes experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
- Must be able to manage colleagues, show initiative in job performance, and be effective in handling problems in the workplace
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data
