Overview
The Trust Solutions Coordinator will demonstrate proficiency and expertise in personal trust administration, technical knowledge and familiarity with trust department operations, internal policies and procedures. This role provides endless possibilities for learning, growth and building strong relationships. You will partner closely with our internal teams to deliver high support and expertise and be responsible for proactive trust account management, including account setup and ongoing stakeholder support.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and instill confidence in stakeholders to develop credibility and earn trust.
- Prepare opening account packets for counsel and trust company to review trust agreements, court documents, and asset statements to assess profitability and potential risk.
- Coordinate documentation with local counsel.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and administrative support.
- Monitor and track the performance of administrative tasks and efficiently address any issues.
- Execute work to deliver timely, accurate and efficient administrative service.
- Identify and escalate all irregularities and discrepancies to management.
- Work independently on various administrative tasks, including unique situations.
- Follow state and federal regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Actively support special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required; JD is not required.
- Minimum six years of experience in personal trust administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and drive projects to completion.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems using an indirect and creative approach.
