Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Must answer calls in the call center in a timely and quality manner.
- Must provide appropriate information and instruction as to the various resources available to meet the needs of our customers.
- Forward calls as needed to the appropriate departments, divisions and offices.
- To achieve optimum efficiency and accomplish goals of the District Clerk’s Office, as outlined in the Organizational Strategic Plan, Section Operational Plan and Mission Statement.
- To adhere to all Administrative Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess intermediate computer skills in the following applications – Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Word.
- Keyboards at 35 wpm.
- Must be able to work under strict time constraints and work overtime upon request.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle customers in a polite, empathetic and courteous manner.
- Must have good time management skills.
- Must be capable of working under stress.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision, have excellent analytical, decision-making, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Must act as a role model for the section, presenting oneself as a professional employee for the other employees to emulate.
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
- Testing will be required. (Grammar 80%, Typing 35 words per minute) at 80% accuracy)
- May be required to wear a headset.
- May be required to lift boxes up to 35 pounds.

- Most recent test scores are retained for up to 6 months.

- Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
Salary:
- $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
- Depends on Qualifications

Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
