Description
- Certified/trained in Culinary and Front-of-the-House Operations and can perform duties & coach/verify on a daily basis.
- Certified food handler & can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures
- Effectively communicates (through live convo's, email, etc) to Team Members, Management, & RSO
- Acts as a role model in behaviors, dress, and guest interaction. Exhibits desired Pei Wei behaviors & standards & is a role model for dress, behavior, & interaction w/guests & team members
- Effectively leads the team during the shift, through coaching, delegation, and verification.
- Effectively follows/executes shift responsibilities as outlined on mod checklist - to include admin, reporting, scheduling, SMG scores, cash handling, opening/closing duties, inventory/ordering, etc.
- Effectively supports the onboarding/training process to include scheduling
- Effectively performs cash handling procedures according to company policies
- Effectively handles Guest relations & can coach team on behaviors to improve the guest experience
- Promptly escalates any Employee relations concerns to the gm
- Attends all store manager meetings
- Effectively executes other tasks/duties as assigned
Education and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- External Candidates: 6 months shift lead experience
- Internal Candidates: 4 months Pei Wei experience
