Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Oversee daily operations across departments, with direct leadership of F&B, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering
- Champion a service-centric culture that aligns with Forbes 4-star standards.
- Act as the hotel’s second-in-command, serving as acting General Manager in their absence.
- Ensure operational excellence across all outlets including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet/catering services.
- Drive F&B innovation and service delivery; collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal menus, beverage programs, and guest experiences.
- Monitor food cost, labor efficiency, and outlet profitability.
- Lead and develop F&B leaders to achieve excellence in guest service, team performance, and brand consistency.
- Maintain a high level of visibility in guest areas to support a proactive and personalized service environment.
- Ensure every department is delivering an exceptional luxury experience in line with brand positioning.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing department heads and associates.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work culture that promotes employee engagement and accountability.
- Develop cross-functional succession plans and talent pipelines for operational roles.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and operational plans.
- Analyze financial performance, manage P&Ls, and drive cost control strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to support revenue-generating initiatives across departments.
- Ensure full compliance with brand, legal, health & safety, and licensing standards.
- Lead crisis and risk management planning and response.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive operations experience in luxury or lifestyle hotels, with strong F&B leadership.
- Proven experience in boutique or independent hotel environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury guest service standards, F&B operations, and team leadership.
- Proficient in budgeting, labor management, and operational reporting.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.
