Job Summary
The Supervisor of Supply Chain Services will direct the Supply Chain System’s team as they support, maintain, enhance and deliver Supply Chain Systems, including SAP S4, Icertis, and Ariba among others. As the team supervisor, the role will establish goals and deliverables, oversee the team’s performance, set priorities, find solutions, and coordinate communications across the Supply Chain Department. As this team supports the larger Supply Chain Department, the Supervisor will engage with the department to ensure that functional gaps are being identified, solutions are being delivered, training as required and contributing to the overall success of the department by aligning Supply Chain systems to meet the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Support the Supply Chain Systems Team and contribute to their overall success

As technical needs are identified, help establish priorities and timelines to hold team members accountable
Provide project management over key upgrades, system deployments, or other initiatives as required
Work with organizational leadership for staffing needs and annual planning
Oversee support contracts with third parties and maintain relationships with key accounts
Coordinate support with IT leadership and support as required
Professional communication across the department to ensure proper team members are informed of issues and changes as required
Support training of resources and system requirements as required for Murphy international activities (New Country Entry)
Evaluate new technology, new features and functionality, AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Digital advancements, support business case reviews and make recommendations for improvements/efficiencies including efforts to build support from IT and leadership as appropriate
Identify problems or gaps in systems, master data or processes and engage stakeholders to find solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ experience with key systems (ERP, CLM, etc.)
Strong Microsoft Suite skills
Experience in documenting technical and functional requirements
Experience and/or knowledge with API and other system-to-system integrations
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Support
2 to 5 years of management experience
5 Years of SAP Experience
3 Years of CLM/Icertis/Ariba Experience
Experience with Project Management
Experience with system configuration and administration
Participated in major system deployments or upgrades including change management
Proficient with a Workflow/process diagraming tool like Vizio or Lucid
The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. Work is performed almost entirely in a controlled (i.e., inside) environment and does not typically subject the incumbent to any hazardous/extreme elements; some positions may require regularly moving or transporting items weighing up to 25 lbs. around the office for various needs. The successful candidate must be able to complete all essential physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
