Description:
Job Summary
The Coordinator, Web Support and Publications oversees social media sites, websites, and the production of marketing and promotional materials.
Duties
- Provides technical support to faculty, staff, and administration
- Provides instructional design services and support to all faculty as it pertains to delivery of instruction
- Produces high quality marketing materials in print and for digital projects
- Coordinates a cohesive and effective look and feel for all publications that adhere to the relevant graphic standards
- Researches, evaluates, implements, and supports all software packages
- Collaborates with other areas as for various web based development projects, marketing, and photography needs as required
- Develops and maintains website and resident forms
- Performs analysis of web issues and makes corrections in a timely manner
- Provides training and develops, maintains, and distributes training materials
- Serves as department liaison for colleges and/or departments

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in lieu of education
Required Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of related job experience
- Education in lieu of experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of online and print marketing protocols, and the related trends, issues, and accepted practices
- Knowledge of instructional design
Skills:
- Good technical skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Abilities:
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse university community.
Work Location and Physical Demands
Primary Work Location:
- Works in an office environment
Physical Demands:
- Work is performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.
