Digital Campaign Manager
The Digital Campaign Manager is a role that supports the execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This position plays an important role in helping ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched successfully, and monitored throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with the digital ad operations, sales, and campaign performance teams, the Digital Campaign Manager assists with campaign setup, quality assurance, reporting, and day-to-day campaign support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the setup, launch, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Assist with campaign quality assurance, validating rates, targeting, placements, formats, and creative across ad platforms such as Google Ad Manager
Help test and review creative assets to ensure proper functionality across ad-serving environments
Confirm campaign components meet technical, creative, and compliance standards
Monitor campaign pacing and delivery and flag potential issues to senior team members
Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
Support troubleshooting efforts by escalating technical issues involving ad tags or third-party trackers
Collaborate with ad operations teams on campaign execution and new product rollouts
Work with sales teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and meet campaign requirements
Support Campaign Performance Managers and Digital Planners with campaign execution
Maintain accurate campaign documentation and assist with daily or weekly reporting
Help manage order details within the Salesforce environment

Technical Curiosity: Interest in learning digital advertising tools and platforms.
Analytical Skills: Comfort working with data and campaign performance metrics.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Works effectively with sales, planning, ad operations, and internal teams.
Communication: Clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders regarding campaign updates.
Adaptability: Comfortable learning new tools and processes as digital advertising products evolve.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience, including internships in digital marketing, advertising, or media
Exposure to digital campaign setup, ad operations, or media planning/buying preferred
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager or similar tools is a plus
Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, DSPs, or campaign management tools is helpful but not required
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment
