Description
The Manager of Scheduling oversees the Teams handling daily nominations, confirmations, system balancing, inventory management, maintenance coordination, and customer communication across Harvest Midstream's Crude and Gas assets. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate scheduling operations aligned with commercial contracts, operational constraints, and system requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of Crude Oil and Gas schedulers responsible for nominations, confirmations, allocations, and customer communication.
- Oversee system balancing, inventory, and month-end reconciliation of volumes.
- Coordinate closely with Operations on maintenance/outages and communicate impacts to customers.
- Manage setup of new connections (new pads/wells, new facilities, new markets).
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with producers, pipelines, refineries, traders, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as escalation point for scheduling issues, system constraints, or imbalance disputes.
- Maintain and improve scheduling processes, documentation, KPIs, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements.

- Actively support and contribute to the company’s mission and vision through reliable, high-quality work
- Experience: 7–10 years in oil and gas operations, with at least 3 years in a scheduling or planning leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with midstream scheduling systems such as Quorum TIPS, FLOWCAL and Emerson.
- Strong understanding of the gas nominations/confirmations process.
- Strong understanding of crude pipeline flows, crude blending, and crude batch movements.
- Knowledge of plant/pipeline operations, measurement, allocations, and imbalances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret system constraints and coordinate flow changes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field
