This role is all about driving growth through strategic client engagement and expanding NES Fircroft’s footprint in the Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Mobility* space. You’ll be at the forefront of new business acquisition, helping shape workforce solutions across borders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving EOR Sales: Lead the charge for EOR and Global Mobility sales across the Americas, identifying and securing new agreements.

Building Strategic Relationships: Engage with key client stakeholders through meetings and presentations, positioning NES as a trusted advisor in workforce planning.

Owning the Sales Process: Develop and manage a robust pipeline, taking full ownership from lead generation to contract execution.

Collaborating Across Regions: Work with global offices to align sales strategies and maximize project value across borders.

Becoming a Subject Matter Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and sector developments to influence client strategies and deliver value.

Supporting Bids & Tenders: Partner with internal teams to ensure proposals align with business strategy and maximize opportunities.

Leading Internal Strategy: Run workshops, deliver training, and support the development of regional EOR strategies alongside senior leadership.

Driving Market Intelligence: Track sector shifts and create insights to inform account-based marketing and sales sequencing.

Supporting Mobilization: Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of new client wins.

Industry Expertise: Proven experience managing end-to-end sales lifecycles in EOR / Global Mobility, with deep sector knowledge.

Commercial Acumen: Strong decision-making and negotiation skills, with a strategic, data-driven approach.

Communication Skills: Outstanding listening and presentation abilities to foster open, effective dialogue.

Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who brings people together to achieve results.

Leadership Potential: Confident in leading initiatives and influencing client strategies across regions.
