Essential Job Functions
- Implement the Global IT roadmap for Network and Client Services as defined by Global IT Leadership, within the Region.
- Coordinate with the Network and Systems groups as well as business stakeholders on high profile projects with executive leadership and business visibility.
- Serves as primary escalation point and contact for all Regional Network and Client Services issues.
- Management of Local IT Vendors for Telecom, Hardware, and MSP at the sole direction and oversight of Global IT.
- Manage a small IT team of Client services and Network services in the Region.
- Manage Local Network downtimes by preparing plans, ensure adequate testing, and recovery if unresolvable problems occur during downtime.
- Implement Global standard procedures to support the configuration and deployment of hardware needed to satisfy end user requirements in the Region.
- Maintain computer and device inventory for licensing and warranty purposes of all devices in the Region.
- Assist with the support of branch office locations, their local networks, and their connectivity to the Crane Global network.
- Monitor and maintain all network / WAN connectivity to support Regional branch office communications. Collaborate with Global Network staff to find solutions to complex networking issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and/or Regional IT team to schedule any required on-site activities needed to support ongoing corporate or regional initiatives.
- Interact with internal clients to resolve issues; communicate with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining discretion.
- Advises Global IT of Regional concerns to ensure platform and systems architecture and infrastructure that is highly automated, fully instrumented, self-scaling, self-healing and loosely coupled.
- Collaborate with Cyber team to achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other appropriate certification.
- Team engagement and continual development through collection and analysis of performance KPIs.
- Must be a team player and coach
- The ability to travel up to 50%

Physical Requirements
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required in some instances.
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Education & Experience
- 7+ years’ related experience
- Advanced experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps methodologies, including previous implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience transforming IT infrastructure and moving organizations towards a mature cloud-based service delivery model
- Experience with public cloud architecture, cloud strategy, networking, security, and compliance workload types.
- Experience supporting IT Operations in a, distributed, support model
- Experience with managing IP-based networks, WAN technologies, cloud, DHCP/DNS
- Business acumen necessary to develop and present data-based ideas and solutions in a clear, concise, and organized manner to senior level executives

- Demonstrated initiative, ability to exercise good judgment, and ability to achieve results through others.
- Strong knowledge of contracting, negotiating, organization development/change management, budgeting, action planning and supervision are required for successful performance.
- Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgment and communication abilities are critical.
- Strategy and planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 12 to 36-month time span.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
