Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies. Experience delivering in an agile environment,
- Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on AWS Cloud Platform – using Redshift
- Strong in Python hands on experience. Not expected to code in depth but lead a team of developers and provide thought leadership, guidance and recommendations.
- Apache Airflow experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL process and Data wharehousing layers
- An in-depth understanding of large-scale data sets, including both structured and unstructured data
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data / SQL issues
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Understanding of big data concepts
- Knowledge and experience of delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities in a data environment
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers, code reviews, suggest improvements in code, provide thought leadership
Work on Proposal and POCs, developing prototype and reference models to help in tailoring Offerings & value propositions.
Lead, Mentor and groom other team members to work on AWS technologies
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Need to have some experience in leading technical team.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 a Year
