We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Epic Inpatient and Orders Team, supporting Epic Stork . This role is ideal for someone passionate about maternal and newborn care workflows and ready to contribute to one of the nation’s top-ranked children’s hospitals.

Core Responsibilities:
Translate user needs into detailed Epic Stork requirements.
Analyze and document current and future workflows.
Support Epic system installation and configuration.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize maternal care processes.
- Required H.S. Diploma or GED
- Preferred bachelor's degree computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or another related field
- Preferred Epic certification
- Required 9 years' experience in hospital information systems selection, implementation, and support
- Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
- Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis.
- Direct work experience at the Epic Systems Corporation © will be counted at a premium, with every one (1) year of Epic Systems Corporation © experience counted as two (2) years of experience.
Epic certification (Stork preferred).
Clinical background in OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, or NICU.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
