- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing and maintaining all machinery and engine room operations.
- Ensure the effective functioning of propulsion systems and auxiliary equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to optimize vessel performance.
- Maintain engineering records and logs as required.
- Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification for 2nd Engineer.
- Experience on supply vessels or similar offshore vessels preferred.
