Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of customer lifecycle marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role plays a key part in developing and deploying multi-channel campaigns—including email, SMS, and digital touchpoints—to enhance the customer journey from prospect to long-term subscriber.
This individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Field Marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and impactful across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels, including email, SMS, and in-app or web communications
- Support campaign setup, QA, deployment, and performance tracking within marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TrueDialog, etc.)
- Assist in building and optimizing customer journeys, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with promotions, service updates, and market launches
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all lifecycle communications
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and churn reduction
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness
- Support database segmentation and audience targeting to improve personalization and engagement
- Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out regulations and data privacy standards (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Assist with content development, including writing and editing customer-facing communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in telecom, subscription-based services, or high-growth environments is a plus
