Are you looking to launch a rewarding career in sales and business development? We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Entry level Sales Partner to help drive new business, expand our market reach, and represent our brand in the community. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and marketing, with direct mentorship from senior sales professionals.
This position is ideal for a recent college grad looking to maximize their earning potential while learning valuable life skills and wants to earn by learning! Take control of your schedule, income and career path today! Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

What You’ll Do -
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Conduct front property lawn analyses (10 per week) & generate commercial proposals
- Re-engage lost leads and perform quality checks on current customers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with technicians & sales teams
- Participate in door-to-door & B2B canvassing campaigns (40%-50% of time)
- Develop new business opportunities (10 per week) and attend joint sales appointments
Community & Brand Representation:
- Attend networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.)
- Build local relationships with landscapers, pool companies, HVAC businesses
- Represent the company at promotional events and help create marketing content
Sales Goals & Performance Metrics:
- Meet a minimum monthly sales goal of $15,000 in new services
- Conduct 150 new contacts, 50 customer conversations, and 30 proposals weekly
- Set up one community event per month and establish three new trade partnerships
Who You Are:

- A strong communicator who builds lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven to exceed goals and targets
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software and marketing tools
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business/marketing preferred)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service a plus
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking
