Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Functions:
- Prepares literature for new and existing customers.
- Assists with preparing proposals for all office locations.
- Monitors proposal progress/checklist.
- Captures, harvests, and preserves Keystone’s vast historical data, both for proposals submitted and projects completed.
- Attends sales meetings.
- Develops and maintains customer database.
Requirements:
- BS in Business, Marketing, or related degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of industries/sectors serviced
- Relationship development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced motivation, organized, and solution advocate
- Attention to detail
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Experience Preferred:
- Engineering degree
