Compensation: $50,000 per year based on experience. Plus performance-based incentives, health care stipend, and 15 paid vacation days.

Location: Houston, TX

Work Schedule: Full time, 5 days per week

Start Date: Immediate

  • Are extremely detail oriented and have a strong ability to multitask
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience


What You Would Do

Group Sales Managers at Drunk Shakespeare and Brass Jar Productions…

  • Are self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Generate leads, develop prospects, and build relationships with potential patrons
  • Sell the Drunk Shakespeare & Emerald Theatre experience to corporate, hospitality, residential, tour and travel, and social groups (this may include additional content like Drunk Dracula, tasting events, or other live performances currently being developed)
  • Take a guest-focused approach to sales that is centered on creating meaningful connections
  • Proactively sell upgrade packages and experiences
  • Analyze and deliver sales forecasts, performance, and trends with solutions for opportunity areas
  • Partner with the entire Sales and Marketing team to help deliver on total sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business

The Group Sales Manager will work closely with the Producers (Scott Griffin & David Hudson), local manager, and the national Marketing and Box Office teams.


What You've Already Done

We'd love it if you ...

  • Were pretty tech savvy in Google Workspace, CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, etc
  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Have entertainment or hospitality sales experience
