- Competitive Pay:
- Starting salary of $1,925/week.
- Drivers earn $300.30/day for 6 working days, and $125 for reset days.
- Pay raises every 6 months (up to $324/day).

- CDL-A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Endorsements must be valid at the time of application.
- Minimum 1 year of OTR or Regional experience in the past 3 years.
- Must pass a Hair Follicle Drug Test (no exceptions).
- Clean Driving Record:
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Maximum of 2 moving violations (personal or commercial) in the last 3 years.
- No DUI/DWI in a CMV ever or in a personal vehicle within the last 10 years.
- No felony convictions, regardless of how long ago.
- Applicants cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test ever, regardless of SAP completion.
- Maximum of 5 jobs in the last 3 years (including orientations).
- Must be willing to work in all 48 states and fly as needed.
- California residents or CDL holders are not eligible.
