Grimaldi's Pizzeria is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and service.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure bar equipment is functioning properly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Restock bar inventory as necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
