The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the staff in the Food and Beverage outlets and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Food and beverage outlets include: Gulf &Prairie (previously Shula’s Steak House), Einstein Bros. Bagels, and LobbiBar.
Duties may include but are not limited to assisting staff to ensure they have all the necessary tools to fulfill their role, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing the dining room flow, assisting the kitchen, purchasing, payroll, training and coaching.

Qualifications
- Previous food & beverage experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
- TABC Certification required
- Texas Food Handler's Certification required
- Flexible schedule (AM/PM, weekends, holidays).
